Marco's Grilled Cheese started as a food cart in the Iowa City "Ped Mall" on Cinco de Mayo in 2000. Over the last 20 years, Marco's has expanded into three different food carts and a restaurant. We specialize in quick, delicious food at an affordable price. Our food carts are a great catering option for any size gathering.
Although we started as a late night option for the college kids, the Marco's Grilled Cheese brick and mortar is now a popular mainstay in Iowa City's historic North Side.
